1. Import

Import the scan model into UNIZ Industrial

2. Set base height

3. Set cutting plane

Pick three points with the left mouse on surface to determine the cutting plane.

Or base the horizontal plane. But the necessary action is using manipulator to rotate the scan model and orient the occlusal surface up.

4.Trim

Click 'Repair' button, or click left mouse on the surface of model to trim extraneous data, and add a base with base-height.

1. Import

Import the scan model into UNIZ Industrial

4.Trim and Add Base

Click 'Repair' button, or click left mouse on the surface of model to trim extraneous data, and add a base with base-height.

5.Hollow

Set the wall thickness and hollow out the solid model.

6.Split

Split the model at a height that slightly higher than wall thickness, and delete the lower extraneous part.

7.Hole

Dig a hole at the bottom of the model to prevent cupping.

8.Label (Optional)

Digitally text on dental models, to get ready for 3D printing.
