How to print solid Dental Model

There are two ways for layout: Directly on the build platform (horizontal) and Near vertical.

Horizontal

1.Import

Import the dental model files into UNIZ Industrial.

2. Orient and Layout

Using Horizontal Arrange function to position the parts directly on the build platform, realize the model layout quickly.

3.Slice

Select "zDENTAL Model Sand" item from Profiles List on the right Tool bar, Click "Slice" button to finish slice.

4.Print

Send the slice file to your printers via LAN or Using U disk to copy slice files to your printers. Start printing by selecting the print job on the printer's touchscreen.

Vertical

1.Import

Import the dental model files into UNIZ Industrial

2. Orient and Layout

Using Vertical Arrange function to rotate the models to near vertical orientation and realize models' layout quickly.

3.Generate Supports

Using the UNIZ Industrial auto-generation function to generate supports of the selected models.Use the manual support editing function to add, edit or remove supports as needed.

4.Slice

Select "zDENTAL Model Sand" item from Profiles List on the right Tool bar,Click "Slice" button to finish slice.

5.Print

Send the slice file to NBEE or SLASH 2 PLUS via LAN or Using U disk to copy slice files to your printers.

Start printing by selecting the print job on the printer's touch screen.

How to print Hollow Dental Model

1.Import

Import the dental model files into UNIZ Industrial.

2. Orient and Layout

Using Horizontal Arrange function to position the parts directly on the build platform, and make sure they are not overlapping each other.

3.Slice

Select "zDENTAL Model Sand" item from Profiles List on the right Tool bar,Click "Slice" button to finish slice.

4.Print

Send the slice file to NBEE or SLASH 2 PLUS via LAN or Using U disk to copy slice files to your printers.

Start printing by selecting the print job on the printer's touchscreen.
