4 plastic boxes, one is used to store contaminated shovel and blade, one is used to place the model, one is used to fill alcohol for cleaning, one is used to fill alcohol for rinse.

Operation notice
a) Wearing glasses or goggles is necessary, if the resin or alcohol splash into your eyes accidentally, you should wash your eyes with water immediately and seek medical treatment urgently.
b) Gloves must be worn when you touch things that stained with resin.
c) The bottom of the build platform must face up when you holding the build platform with printed models.
d) All containers and trash can must have lid, they should be covered after use.
e) Tools stained with resin must be stored in container. f) Keep the gloves clean at all times, clean or replace the gloves if they stained with resin.
g) Used paper and gloves must be put into the trash can in time. h) In order to reduce the VOC release, keep the environment clean, the resin that accidentally dropped or splashed should be erased in time and clean the contaminated surface with alcohol.
Operation procedure
A. When printing is finished, open the protective casing, wipe off the liquid resin that attached to the model and build platform.
B. Unlock the build platform, using your right hand to stabilize the printer, using your left hand to remove the build platform.
a) Shovel the failed models into the trash directly
b) If the model is still attached with liquid resin, use the trash can to collect, use the squeeze bottle to wash the model. Remove the liquid resin as much as possible and then wipe dry with tissue.
C. Remove the model from the build platform.
a) For the model only touch supports, remove the model from the supports, put it in the container. Remove the remaining supports directly in the trash can.
b) For the model with supports or none supports, use the blade to remove the model, put it in the container.
D. Clean up the residue on the build platform, wipe off with napkin, and return it to the printer
E. Clean the model
a) Use the diagonal pliers to remove the remaining supports on the model.
b) Wash the models in the container for cleaning, remove the semi-solidified resin on the model surface by hand or brush
c) Rinse the model in the container, the model surface is subject to none creamy touch
d) Dry the model with napkin
e) Do not immerse the model in alcohol and take out immediately after cleaning
F. Drying model
a) Dry in the sun or dry the model with a fan, the surface should be completely dry without liquid
b) Operate in a ventilated environment or equipped with activated carbon adsorption device cleaning
G. Curing model
a) Use a light source at a wavelength of 415 nm or less than 415 nm for curing
b) The required curing time is in connection with the intensity of the light source, the new light source should be tested on the model in order to get appropriate curing time.
