With the continuous penetration of digital technology in the field of dentistry, 3D printing is gradually becoming a key tool for enhancing clinical efficiency and optimizing patient experience. From diagnostic models and surgical guides to restorative prosthetics, 3D printing not only significantly improves operational efficiency but also offers greater flexibility in personalized treatment. Particularly under the growing demand for "immediate delivery" in clinical settings, achieving rapid and high-quality print outputs has become an indispensable focus in modern dentistry. Today, 3D printing, empowered by the ongoing evolution of digital systems, is progressively replacing traditional manual fabrication and cumbersome processes, enabling dentists to complete the entire workflow—from digital design to final product delivery—directly chairside. UBEE precisely meets the needs of chairside digitization, supporting efficient and accurate treatment delivery.
So, how does the digital dental workflow achieve this?
Let’s take a closer look at the application of orthodontic models.
1.Intraoral Scanning
Using an intraoral scanner to capture the structural data of the patient's oral cavity, generating a high-precision 3D digital model that serves as the foundation for subsequent design.

2.Digital Design
Based on clinical requirements, performing orthodontic tooth arrangement or structural design for comparative analysis on the digital model.

3.Slicing and Editing
Processing and slicing the model using UNIZ Dental software, and sending it to the UBEE device for printing with a single click.

4.High-Speed Printing
With the new-generation desktop dental 3D printer, UBEE, printing can be completed in just 5 minutes, efficiently meeting the demand for immediate delivery.

5.Post-Processing Workflow
After printing is completed, remove the build platform from the printer and use UDetach to quickly detach the model. Place the model in the UWash 2.0 ultrasonic cleaner for 1-2 minutes of washing, then dry it and place it in the UCure curing chamber for 1-3 minutes of UV curing. This ensures the model achieves optimal performance and precision.

6.Application and Validation
The completed orthodontic model can be used for thermoforming aligners or as a validation model for intraoral scan data, assisting in clinical diagnosis and patient communication.
