Creating a new Group

• 1.Log in to Dashboard.
• 2.Click the My Groups menu in the UNIZ Dashboard. A list appears in the right area.

• 3.Click  Create a Group. The Create a New Group dialog opens. 

• 4.Enter Name of the group.
• 5.Enter an email address that has registered in UNIZ Cloud. And click Add button to add a member into this group.
• 6.Click Create button. The new group is created.

Deleting a Group

Creator can delete the Group that he created. 

• 1.Log in to Dashboard.
• 2.Click the My Groups menu in the UNIZ Dashboard. A list appears in the right area.
• 3.Select a printer that you wish to delete from printer list.
• 4.Click Delete button  in the upper right corner of group card. A confirmation window opens.

• 5.Click OK to confirm. The group is deleted.

Adding a user to a Group

Creator can add a user into a Group that he created.

• 1.Log in to Dashboard.
• 2.Click the My Groups menu in the UNIZ Dashboard. A list appears in the right area.
• 3.Find the Group that you wish to add a new member to. Click Detail button   in the upper right corner of group card. A group page opens.

• 4.Enter an email address at the top of the Members list. And click Add button to add a member into this group.
• 5.Click Save to complete. 

Removing a Member from a Group

Creator can remove an existing member from a Group.

• 1.Log in to Dashboard.
• 2.Click the My Groups menu in the UNIZ Dashboard. A list appears in the right area.
• 3.Find the Group that you wish to add a new member to. Click Detail button  in the upper right corner of group card. A group page opens.

• 4.Click the Remove next to an email address to remove that member. A confirmation window opens. 
• 5.Click OK to confirm. The selected member is removed from the group.
• 6.Click Save to complete.
